Project summary

Customer insights gleaned from primary research presented the commercial opportunity for Bus Éireann to deliver a loyalty programme for their customers. BÉClub was developed and supported by a dedicated and continued acquisition and retention programme.

The performance results are phenomenal in terms of purchase frequency, purchase weight and relative lifetime value. In parallel, in engagement terms, members are highly active and very responsive.
